Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem supervize při práci s drogově závislými klienty. V teoretické části jsou vymezena specifika sociální práce s drogově závislými a jaký význam má supervize v adiktologických službách. V praktické části je popsán výzkum, který byl realizován v adiktologických zařízeních v okrese Liberec. Výzkum mapoval názory a postoje pracovníků k supervizi, druhy poskytovaných supervizí, možnosti využití v adiktologických službách a jaká témata pracovníci zařízení nejčastěji řeší v rámci supervizních setkání. Se získaných informací byla provedena komparace skupinové a individuální supervize. V závěru praktické části jsou ověřeny hypotézy a stanovena doporučení, která by mohla zlepšit služby supervize v zařízeních pro drogově závislé klienty.
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of supervision when working with drug addicted clients. In the theoretical part are defined by the specifics of social work with drug addicts and the importance of supervision in the addictlology services. The practical part describes the research, which was implemented in addictology devices in the district of Liberec. The research charted the views and attitudes of the workers to the supervision, types of supervision, the possibility of using in addictology services and what topics the employees of the institution most often addressed in the context of the supervision´s meetings. The information obtained was carried out a comparison of group and individual supervision. At the conclusion of the practical part are verified hypotheses and a set of recommendations that could improve the service supervision in facilities for drug dependent clients.
