dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce řeší problematiku uvádění začínajících učitelů do praxe. Klade si za cíl nalézt a popsat společné charakteristiky kvality uvádějících učitelů. V teoretické části jsou shromážděny odborné názory a informace o osobnosti učitele, a uvedeny profesní standardy učitele v České republice a v zahraničí. Dále se teorie zaměřuje na přípravné vzdělávání začínajících učitelů, na jejich nedostatky a problémy při vstupu do profese a v neposlední řadě se zabývá osobou uvádějícího učitele. Popisuje jeho roli a funkci na současných českých školách.Studie 1 v praktické části práce prezentuje výsledky celorepublikového kvantitativního šetření. Zde jsou představeny a částečně interpretovány názory začínajících učitelů základních škol s praxí do pěti let na jejich uvádějící učitele. Druhá studie se zabývá kvalitativním šetřením začínajících učitelů prvního stupně základní školy a jejich uvádějících učitelů. Snahou je nahlédnout hlouběji do procesu uvádění a zjistit, jaké povinnosti mají tito vybraní uvádějící učitelé, a jak jejich roli vnímají učitelé začátečníci, jež vedou. Poslední část shrnuje názory začínajících učitelů na kvalitního uvádějícího učitele.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with in-training of beginning teachers. It aims to identify and describe common characteristics indicating the quality of in-training teachers. The theoretical part introduces expert opinions and information about the teacher's personality and presents teachers' professional standards in the Czech Republic and abroad. Furthermore, the theory focuses on beginning teachers´ problems at the start of their career and ultimately deals with senior teachers serving as in-training teachers. Their role and function in the contemporary Czech schools is described.Practical part (Study 1) presents results of the nationwide quantitative survey. Here opinions of novice primary teachers with experience of one to five years of practice about their in-training teachers are introduced and partly interpreted. The second part of the research study (Study 2) deals with the qualitative survey of beginning teachers in primary schools and their in-training teachers. The aim is to look deeper into the in-training process and determine what duties the selected in-training teachers have and how they are perceived in their role by the beginning teachers.The last part summarizes opinions of beginning teachers on the quality of in-service teachers.	en
