dc.description.abstractThis work focuses on the SW solutions of the document management system and their benefits in business practice. Enterprise content management system does not belong to the basic SW solutions used business organizations. Nowadays, because of the focus on the efficiency and high speed of information exchange, it starts to be a very important part of the IT. Components of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) are described in the first part of this work with high focus on the workflow systems and their usage in enterprise informatics. The practical part deals with the implementation of the document management and workflow systems in the real enterprise. The management of the company realizes that the speed and efficiency of the information exchange are very important for cost savings and a high level of competitiveness. Because of that they decided to implement the workflow system. The whole project included analysis of the current situation, choice of the solution to be implemented and the beginning of the implementation in the real company. The conclusion of this work summarizes the results of the implementation and evaluates benefits of the implementation.en
dc.description.abstractTato práce je zaměřena na řízení dokumentů softwarovými prostředky a přínosy těchto řešení v podnikové praxi. Řízení oběhu dokumentů nepatří mezi stěžejní SW řešení využívaná v podnicích. V současné době, v souvislosti s tlakem na zvýšení efektivity a rychlosti oběhu informací, však rychle nabývá na významu. V úvodní části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé komponenty Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systému se zvláštním důrazem na workflow systémy a jejich využití v podnikové informatice. Praktická část se zabývá implementací SW řešení oběhu dokumentů v konkrétním podniku, jehož management si uvědomuje, že právě rychlost a efektivnost práce s informacemi je velmi důležitá z hlediska úspory nákladů i zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti. Z toho důvodu bylo rozhodnuto implementovat elektronický oběh dokumentů. Celý projekt zahrnoval, analýzu současného stavu, výběr vhodného SW prostředku a zahájení implementace v podmínkách konkrétního podniku. Závěr práce shrnuje dosažené výsledky a hodnotí přínosy implementace tohoto systému.cs
