Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis poradenských služeb a průzkum dostupnosti poradenské podpory rodičům dětí s poruchami chování v Liberci. Dílčími cíli bylo zjistit, jaká je nabídka poradenské podpory rodičům dětí s poruchami chování v Liberci a v jakém časovém horizontu bylo poradenské zařízení schopno poradenskou podporu poskytnout.Na základě analýzy dostupných informací byla popsána a charakterizována nabídka poradenské podpory ve státních i některých soukromých poradenských zařízeních v Liberci, se zaměřením na diagnostiku a poradenství dětem s poruchami chování nebo rodinnou terapii. Dále byly zpracovány informace o telefonních linkách poskytujících pomoc rodičům v akutní náročné životní situaci během výchovy o děti.Pro splnění cílů byla vybrána metoda dotazování v institucích poskytujících poradenskou podporu rodičům dětí s poruchami chování a jejich dětem. Cílovou skupinou jsou klienti z Liberce a okolí, proto byla oslovena poradenská pracoviště a zařízení sídlící na území města Liberce. U telefonních poraden jsou zpracovány deklarované informace elektronicky uveřejněné na jejich webových stránkách.
The bachelor thesis is focused on the description of counseling services and a survey of the availability of counseling support to parents of children with behavioral disorders in Liberec.The partial goals were to find out what is the offer of counseling support to parents of children with behavioral disorders in Liberec and in what time horizon was the counseling facility able to provide counseling support.Based on the analysis of available information, the offer of counseling support in state and some private counseling facilities in Liberec was described and characterized, focusing on diagnostics and counseling for children with behavioral disorders or family therapy. Furthermore, information on telephone lines providing assistance to parents in an acute difficult life situation during the upbringing of children was processed.To meet the objectives, the method of interviewing in institutions providing counseling support to parents of children with behavioral disorders and their children was chosen. The target group is clients from Liberec and the surrounding area, so consulting workplaces and facilities based in the city of Liberec were contacted. For telephone counseling, the declared information is processed electronically published on their website.
