| dc.description.abstract | This Bachelor Thesis deals with problems utilizing rehabilitation and relaxation programmes for company staff. In these terms an investigation was implemented, in the Česká Lípa region, with particular attention to: unsuitable and insufficient rehabilitation programs; inadequately informed employers about the programs; necessary utilization of rehabilitation center services for companies with physical hard work; absence of effective communication with staff; possible introduction of intradepartmental measures, which will enforce compulsory involvement to staff. In the final part of the project the author presents her recommendations to the company. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití rehabilitačního a relaxačního programu pro firemní zaměstnance. V jejím rámci byl proveden výzkum v Českolipském okrese, který zejména poukázal na: nevyhovující a nedostatečnou nabídku rehabilitačních programů; malou informovanost zaměstnavatelů o programu; nutnost využití služeb rehabilitačního centra pro podniky s fyzicky náročnou prací; absenci zpětné komunikace se zaměstnanci; možnost zavedení vnitropodnikových opatření, která by zaměstnancům kladla na mysl povinnou účast. V poslední části autorka prezentuje své doporučení firmám. | cs |
