Abstract
The subject of the thesis is the application of internal communication tools in a company Preciosa, a.s. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part starts from the definition of communication and follows to the issue of internal communication and its tools. The content of the practical part is an analysis of internal communication tools used in the company Preciosa, a.s., evaluation of the current situation by using SWOT analysis and comparison of internal communication tools used by company Preciosa, a.s. with tools used by several international and multinational manufacturing companies. Based on finding there is a suggested solution of the current situation. This solution consists of modification of existing internal communication tools and application of some new internal communication tools.
Předmětem diplomové práce je aplikace nástrojů interní komunikace ve firmě Preciosa, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část postupuje od definice komunikace k problematice interní komunikace a jejích nástrojů. Obsahem praktické části je analýza nástrojů interní komunikace používaných ve firmě Preciosa, a.s., vyhodnocení stávající situace pomocí SWOT analýzy a porovnání nástrojů interní komunikace firmy Preciosa, a.s. s nástroji používanými několika mezinárodními a nadnárodními výrobními společnostmi. Na základě zjištěných skutečností je navrženo řešení současné situace. Toto řešení se skládá ze změny stávajících nástrojů a aplikace některých nových nástrojů interní komunikace.
