Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá biogeografickým výzkumem s použitím optické a elektronové mikroskopie a celkovým zhodnocení území, které se nachází v obci Rádlo v blízkosti Přírodní památky Rádlo a povodí Rádelského potoka, který protéká touto přírodní památkou. Celá práce se skládá z teoretické části a části praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením území a popsáním obecné charakteristika území. Dále se zaměřuje na rešerši a celkové zhodnocení z hlediska fyzické geografie a biogeografie. Důležitou částí teoretické části je také metodika získání a měření dat. Praktická část je tvořena ze dvou částí, kde první obsahuje výsledky měření, odběrů vzorků a snímky pořízené z mikroskopických zařízení. Druhá část, která je velice důležitá, tyto výsledky a snímky analyzuje, srovnává a dosazuje do vztahů a myšlenek, které slouží k podrobnému popsání celého biogeografického výzkumu na tomto území.
This bachelor thesis deals with biogeographical research using optical and electron microscopy and overall evaluation of the area, which is located in Rádlo near the Radlo Natural Monument and the Radelský creek basin, which flows through this natural monument. The whole work consists of theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the delimitation of the territory and describes the general characteristics of the territory. It also focuses on research and overall evaluation in terms of physical geography and biogeography. An important component of the theoretical part is also the methodology of data acquisition and measurement. The practical part consists of two sections, where the first one contains the results of measurements, sampling and images taken from microscopic devices. The second one, which is very important, analyzes and compares these results and images into relationships and ideas that are used to describe in detail the entire biogeographical research in this area.
