Abstract
Daná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pojištění proti úpadku cestovních kanceláří. První část je věnována legislativě a vymezení povinností cestovních kanceláří dle zákonů České republiky a také pojištění v cestovním ruchu. Jsou zde také vymezeny základní pojmy v problematice pojištění pro lepší pochopení problematiky. Hlavním cílem práce bylo porovnání nabídek pro pojištění proti úpadku cestovních kanceláří od konkrétních pojišťoven na základě stanovené ceny pojištění, komunikace se zákazníkem a také dle postavení pojišťovny na trhu. Následně bylo navrhnuto začínajícím cestovním kancelářím, jakou pojišťovnu si pro pojištění proti úpadku cestovní kanceláře vybrat.
This bachelor thesis deals with insurance against bankruptcy of travel agencies. The first part is devoted to the legislation and the definition of the duties of the travel agencies under the Czech Republic's law, as well as the insurance in the tourism industry. There are also defined basic concepts of insurance for better understanding of the issues. The main objective of the work was to compare offers for insurance against the bankruptcy of travel agencies from specific insurance companies on the basis of the established insurance price, communication with the customer and also according to the position of the insurance company on the market. Subsequently, it was suggested to beginning travel agencies to choose the insurance company to insure against the insolvency of the travel agency.
