Abstract
V práci je provedena rešerše problematiky přístrojů, které se používají pro měření oděru-vzdornosti plošných textilií a jednotlivých přízí. Jedná se např. o oděr plošné textilie o brusný element, oděr příze o přízi, nebo oděr plošné textilie v hraně. Oděr je možné na těchto přístrojích hodnotit do porušení textilního materiálu, nebo prostřednictvím úbytku hmotnosti vzorku. Hodnocení oděru-vzdornosti přízí bude v tomto případě provedeno na přístroji Zweigle G552. Cílem práce je ověřit metodiku měření oděru-vzdornosti dle doporučení výrobce a popřípadě ji upravit. Práce bude dále obsahovat modifikace kriterií pro popis oděru-vzdornosti, vyhodnocení oděru-vzdornosti a zhodnocení vlivu vlákenného materiálu na výsledný oděr příze.
The work includes the summary of existing equipments that are used for the measurement of the wear resistance of surface textile and particular yarns. This includes for instance the wear of the surface textile against abrasion element, wear of the yarn against the yarn, or wear of the surface textile in the edge. It is possible to evaluate the wear on these equipments till the destruction of the textile material, or using the decrease of the weight of the sample. Evaluation of the yarn´s wear resistance is performed on the Zweigle G552 equipment. The aim of this work is to check the methods of the measuring procedure of the wear resistance according to the producer of the equipment and in the case of deviations to correct the proposed method. The work describes the modifications of criteria used for description of the wear resistance, the results of the wear resistance and evaluation of aspects of fiber material on the final wear of the yarn.
