dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis dealt with problems of assertion of handicapped persons, and its importance for the development of their social competences. The thesis came out from the present-day state of the employment market. The aim of this thesis was to specify barriers in wider assertion of handicapped persons especially in the open labour market and in protected workshops. The thesis was consisted of two major parts. The first part was theoretical. It described persons with mental and psychical handicaps, it was focused on legislative problems connected with employment of these people, and explained psychosocial importance of human labour in general. The practical part tried to find out attitudes towards the assertion of handicapped people and its importance. This part used the following methods: description, direct observation and informal dialogues with workshop clients, their parents, workshop staff, and specialists in employment of handicapped persons from Liberec Employment Office. Results showed the concrete obstacles impeding larger assertion, and led to the subsequent suggestions in the field of employing handicapped persons. Specification of the obstacles impeding the asertion of handicapped people, and characteristic of the concrete workshop benefits could be considered as the most important contribution oh the thesis.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou pracovního uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením a jeho významem pro rozvoj sociálních kompetencí těchto osob. Práce vycházela ze současného stavu na trhu práce. Jejím cílem bylo specifikovat překážky, bránící širšímu pracovnímu uplatnění osob s mentálním a tělesným postižením na volném pracovním trhu i v chráněných dílnách. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní části. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která pomocí odborných zdrojů popsala osoby s tělesným a mentálním postižením, zaměřila se na legislativní rámec problematiky zaměstnávání těchto osob a psychosociální význam lidské práce obecně. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí popisu, přímého pozorování a neformálních rozhovorů s klienty chráněných dílen, jejich rodiči, personálem chráněných dílen a specialisty na zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením z Úřadu práce v Liberci postoje k pracovnímu uplatnění zdravotně postižených a jeho význam. Výsledky ukázaly na konkrétní překážky bránící většímu pracovnímu uplatnění a vedly k následným návrhům opatření v oblasti zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Za největší přínos práce bylo možné považovat specifikaci překážek bránících pracovnímu uplatnění osob s mentálním a tělesným postižením a charakteristiku konkrétních přínosů chráněné práce.cs
