Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití finančních prostředků ze strukturálních fondů Evropské unie. Nejprve jsou vysvětleny teoretické důvody existence regionální politiky a nastíněn její historický vývoj. V další části se práce zabývá principy, nástroji a cíli regionální politiky, podrobněji se zaměřuje na poslední dvě programová období 2000 - 2006 a 2007 - 2013. Poté obrací pozornost na situaci v České republice. Popisuje strategii, faktory a specifické cíle jejího regionálního rozvoje. Nemalou pozornost věnuje programové dokumentaci, mezi kterou se řadí Národní rozvojový plán, Rámec podpory Společenství a jednotlivé operační programy. Samostatná kapitola je věnována strukturálním fondům, ze kterých Česká republika získává finanční prostředky. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení konkrétního projektu realizovaného v Libereckém kraji z finančních prostředků EU.
This thesis deals with the possibilitites of EU´s Structural funds of financial resources utilization. First it clarifies the theoretical reasons of existence of regional policy and describes its historical progress. Further the work deals with principles, instruments and targets of regional policy, the more detailed view is aimed at two last programme periods 2000-2006 and 2007-2013. Then it comments on the situation in the Czech Republic. It descreibes strategy, factors and specific targets of its regional development. No small attention is paid to the programme documentation, which is sorted as National Development Plan, Strategic Reference Framework and individual operational programmes. Separate chapter is dedicated to structrual funds, which the Czech republic can gain financial resources from. The last part of this thesis aims at the concrete projet realized throught EU´s financial resources in Liberec region.
