Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce Analýza struktury pojistného trhu USA je analýza pojistného trhu v USA. Na začátku je prezentován jeho historický vývoj i současný stav. Dále pokračuje objasnění přístupu k regulaci pojišťovnictví a představení subjektů, které na tomto pojistném trhu působí. Velká část mé diplomové práce je zaměřena na systém zdravotního pojištění, který je tak odlišný od českého a seznámení čtenáře s programy tohoto zdravotního systému. Navazuje seznámení s životním a neživotním pojištěním. Na závěr jsem do této diplomové práce zahrnula i pojištění pro případ katastrof, které jsou ve Spojených státech amerických každoročním jevem. Hlavním cílem bylo seznámení čtenáře se strukturou pojistného trhu USA a jeho základními pojistnými produkty. Doufám, že tato diplomová práce pomůže čtenáři orientovat se na americkém pojistném trhu.
The goal of the submitted thesis An Analysis of the Insurance Market Structure in the USA is a analysis of the Insurance Market in the USA. At the beginning is presented its historical evolution and its present condition. Then is continued a clearing of regulation of insurance business and presentation of subjeckts that operate in the insurance market. Much of my thesis is aimed at public health system that is different from our czech system and introduce to reader these health system´s programs. Then is described life and non-life insurance. In conclusion I also implicated in this thesis insurance of disasters that are in the United States of America an annual event. The main goal was to make reader acquainted with the structure of the insurance market in the USA and with its general insurance products. I hope this thesis is going to help reader to orient in the insurance market of the USA.
