dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na modifikaci textilních vláken na bázi celulózy.Rešeršní část popisuje celulózu z pohledu molekulární struktury, jejího narušení a způsobů ověření degradace celulózy. Vlastnosti celulózy, zejména bobtnání, jsou v rešeršní části zaměřeny na schopnosti celulózových vláken transformovat se na gely. Experimentální část zkoumá oblasti změn celulózových materiálů vystavených působení různých koncentrací kyseliny sírové ve stanovených časových úsecích. Získané produkty jsou analyzovány metodami infračervené spektroskopie, měřením prodyšnosti a dalšími metodami.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis is focused on modification of textile fibers based on cellulose.The theoretical section describes cellulose from the molecular structure point of view, its distortion and ways of verification of cellulose degradation. This part of the thesis is focused on properties of cellulose, especially on swelling and ability of the cellulosic fibers to transform into gels. Experimental section examines changes in the field of cellulosic materials exposed to different concentrations of sulfuric acid at defined intervals. The obtained products were analyzed by infrated spectroscopy, the breathability measurements and others.	en
