Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá získáváním, výběrem, přijímáním a orientací zaměstnanců se zaměřením na absolventy. Předmětem je popsat práci s lidskými zdroji, vybrané personální činnosti a rozebrat problematiku zaměstnávání absolventů. Práce se také zaměřuje na spolupráci firmy se vzdělávacími institucemi, jelikož se vzhledem k tématu bakalářské práce jedná o velice důležitý zdroj získávání zaměstnanců. Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat trainee program společnosti KAMAX s. r. o., navrhnout a zhodnotit nové způsoby informování o daném trainee programu v širším okolí.
This bachelor thesis describes the recruitment and onboarding of employees focusing on graduates. It embraces the description of the work of HR, selected activities of the recruitment process and the analysis of the employment of graduates. The thesis is also focused on the cooperation between the company and educational institutions as it is, due to the topic of the bachelor thesis, a very important source of recruitment. The aim of this thesis is to describe the Trainee Program at KAMAX s. r. o., as well as to propose and valorize new ways of providing information about the Trainee Program in the wider area.
