Abstract
Sexuální výchova je nezbytným prvkem vzdělávacího procesu, který ovlivňuje zdravé postoje a chování mladých lidí k sexu, sexualitě a mezilidským vztahům. Tato práce se zaměřuje na zmapování hlavních zdrojů informací o sexuální výchově u žáků 9. tříd základních škol, kteří se nacházejí v kritické fázi puberty. Cílem je zjistit, jaký vliv má rodina a jaký škola vzhledem k získávání informací a formování postojů těchto žáků k zdravému sexuálnímu chování. Teoretická část práce se zabývá otázkami sexuality, sexuálního vývoje, rizikového chování a dalšími pojmy z oblasti sexuální výchovy. Dále se zaměřuje na cíle a realizaci sexuální výchovy, aktuální problémy současné generace a pohledy učitelů a žáků na sexuální výchovu ve škole. Poslední kapitola se věnuje problematice sebepojetí a genderové identitě. Praktická část využívá dotazníkovou techniku pro sběr kvantitativních dat. Dotazníky byly distribuovány elektronicky a navrženy tak, aby byly snadno pochopitelné pro cílovou skupinu. Výsledky práce by měly odhalit hlavní zdroje informací o sexu a sexualitě u žáků, jejich postoje k zahájení sexuálního života. Závěrem práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na sexuální výchovu u žáků 9. tříd, což by mohlo pomoci při tvorbě efektivnějších vzdělávacích programů a podpory zdravého vývoje mladých lidí.
Sex education is an essential element of the educational process that influences young people's healthy attitudes and behavior towards sex, sexuality and interpersonal relationships. This work focuses on mapping the main sources of information about sex education for 9th grade elementary school students who are in the critical phase of puberty. The aim is to find out what influence the family and the school have in terms of obtaining information and shaping the attitudes of these pupils towards healthy sexual behaviour. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with issues of sexuality, sexual development, risky behavior and other concepts from the field of sexual education. It also focuses on the goals and implementation of sex education, the current problems of the current generation and the views of teachers and pupils on sex education at school. The last chapter deals with the issue of self-concept and gender identity. The practical part uses the questionnaire technique for collecting quantitative data. The questionnaires were distributed electronically and designed to be easy to understand for the target group. The results of the work should reveal the main sources of information about sex and sexuality among pupils, their attitudes towards starting a sexual life. The conclusion of the work is to provide a comprehensive view of sex education for 9th graders, which could help in creating more effective educational programs and supporting the healthy development of young people.
