Abstract
Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo popsat systém péče o talentovanou mládež v Jablonci nad Nisou. Bakalářská práce popisuje vznik atletických klubů v Jablonci nad Nisou a sportovišť, které atleti využívají. Vysvětluje důležitost funkce Českého atletického svazu, který zaštiťuje koncepci Článků péče o talentovanou mládež a další projekty na podporu mládežnické atletiky a vztah těchto aktivit k jablonecké atletice. V této souvislosti představuji vždy dva talentované jedince z každého Článku péče o talentovanou mládež, u kterých sleduji výkonnost za poslední čtyři roky. Nejlepší výsledky těchto atletů jsou zaznamenány v tabulkách a výkonnost převedena do grafů. Komentáře k jejich výsledkům pak podávají, jak samotní atleti, tak jejich trenéři.
The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is to describe the system of care of the talented young in Jablonec nad Nisou. The bachelor's thesis describes the formation of athletics clubs in Jablonec nad Nisou and the establishment of sports grounds, which athletes use. It explains the importance of Czech Athletic Federation, which developed the Care programme for the talented young and further projects for support of young athletes. The thesis also deals with the relation of those activities to Jablonec athletics. In that context I present two talented athletes from each Care programme for the talented young and I monitor their performance in the last four years. The best result of these athletes are presented in the tables and their performance is shown in graphs. In addition, their results are discussed by the athletes themselves and their coaches.
