Vliv technologických podmínek na kvalitu lepených termoplastických dílů
Abstract
Práce je zaměřena na přípravu a testování spojů lepených dvousložkovými lepidly používaných ve firmě Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou teorie lepení, adheze, koheze a metodami vyhodnocení porušení lepených spojů. Cílem praktické části práce bylo zjistit, jak okolní teplota ovlivňuje kvalitu lepeného spoje. Hodnocení bylo prováděno zkouškou pevnosti spoje ve smyku pomocí trhacího zařízení.
The thesis is focused on the preparation and testing of joints bonded with two-component adhesives used in the company Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of the adhesive bonding theory, adhesion, cohesion and the methodology of evaluating the failure of bonded joints. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to find out how the ambient temperature affects the quality of the bonded joint. The evaluation was performed by testing of shear strength using a tensile testing machine.
