Abstract
Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu ekonomického vyhodnocení investičního záměruve vybraném podniku. Zabývá se analýzou jednotlivých investičních záměrů společnosti. Cílem je zjistit, zda jsou vybrané investice podniku efektivní z pohledu celkových nákladů vlastnictví. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku investic a investičního procesu, zdroje financování investic, metody hodnocení investic a metodu Total Cost of Ownership. V praktické části je představena společnost ŠKODA AUTO a.s. a provedena analýza vybraných obchodních případů společnosti zaměřená na celkové náklady vlastnictví. V závěrečné části se nachází vyhodnocení efektivnosti investic, návrh řešení a doporučenýchzměn.
The diploma thesis is dedicated to the topic of economic evaluation of the investment plan in the selected company. It deals with the analysis of individual investment plans of the company. The aim is to find out whether the selected investments of the enterprise are effective in terms of the total cost of ownership. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of investments and the investment process, sources of investment financing, investment evaluation methods and the Total Cost of Ownership method. In the practical part, ŠKODA AUTO a.s. is introduced and an analysis of selected business cases of the company is performed, focusing on the Total Cost of Ownership. The final section contains an evaluation of the effectiveness of the investments, a proposal for solutions and recommended changes.
