Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá obnovou tradice zaniklého provozu v oblasti zpracování rostlinné výroby. Cílem diplomové práce je navržení podnikatelského plánu, který by pomohl získat potřebné finance na jeho realizaci s následkem pozitivního ekonomického a sociálního dopadu pro okolní obyvatelstvo. Za účelem splnění stanoveného cíle jsou v práci vytvořeny jednotlivé části podnikatelského plánu, přičemž z hlediska potenciálního investora je od méně podstatných částí abstrahováno. Důraz je pak kladen zejména na analýzu konkurenčního prostředí, materiálové toky a finanční plán budoucího podniku.
Restoring the tradition of the defunct establismentThe master thesis deals with restoring the tradition of the defunct establishment in field of crop production processing. The aim of the master thesis is to propose a business plan that would help to obtain the necessary finances for its realization with the result of a positive economic and social impact on the surrounding population. In the master thesis, in order to achieve the stated goal, are created individual parts of business plan, where from the perspective of the potential investor some parts are being abstracted. The main emphasis is on the analysis of competition, materiál flows and financial plan of the future enterprise.
