Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vyvíjení a realizaci smart oděvního doplňku s funkcí vyhřívaní ve formě pásu. Úkolem práce bylo zrealizovat vlastní produkt na základě již existujících výrobků na trhu se stejným účelem - vyhříváním, který by byl jako alternativní konkurenční varianta pro zákazníka.
Teoretická část práce je především věnována průzkumu trhu a posouzení nabízených produktů jinými výrobci, pak základním pojmům v této oblasti. Byla provedena klasifikace smart textilií a prostudovány projekty, které byli provedeny v uvedené oblasti. Pak byl proveden rozbor a studia konkrétně tématu E-textilie, oděvů a jejích doplňků s funkcí vyhřívání, což těsně souvisí s cílem práce. V poslední řade byly rozebrány možností aplikace vyhřívaní u uvedených výrobků.
Praktická část je zaměřena hlavě na návrh a realizaci doplňku, provedení zkoušek a experimentů v rámci vyvíjení vlastního produktu, popis realizace a posouzení provedené práce.
Výsledkem celé práce je hotovy funkční doplněk s vyhříváním ve formě pásu, který může být využit zákazníkem.
This bachelor thesis is focused on developing and implementing a smart clothing accessory with a heating function in the form of a belt. As a task of this work is to create own product which is based on already existing products on the market with the same purpose - heating, which would be as an alternative competitive option for the customer. The theoretical part of the work is mainly devoted to research of market and assessment of the products which is offered by other manufacturers. Also, the basic concepts of the topic have been studied in this part. The classification of smart textiles and the projects related with this topic were also carried out. As the next step the analysis and studies were carried out specifically for the topic of E-textile, clothing, and accessories with heating function, which is closely related to the purpose of the work. As a last step, there was studies of possibility of applying the heating, in case with products, which were listed before. The practical part of work is mainly focusing on the process of design and creating of own product, conducting tests and experiments which are necessary for developing the own product, then there are a description of the implementation and assessment of the work which was done. The result of whole work is a completely functional heating accessory in the form of a belt, ready for wearing, which can be used by the customer.
