Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá komunikací školy v krizových situacích. Zaměřuje sepředevším na komunikaci mezi učitelem a žáky a mezi učitelem a rodiči. V úvodních kapitolách jsou popsány pojmy pedagogická komunikace, krize a krizová situace ve škole. Následující kapitoly se zaměřují na formy komunikace mezi školou a rodiči a na tvorbu školních krizových plánů. Hlavní kapitoly charakterizují jednotlivé typy krizových situací a možný postup při jejich řešení. Soustředí se na použité formy komunikace, na co si dát při komunikaci pozor a čeho se vyvarovat. Jednotlivé typy krizových situací jsou doplněny konkrétními příklady z pedagogické praxe. Závěrečné kapitoly popisují pravidla komunikace s rodiči a informační povinnost školy.
This thesis deals with school communication in crisis situation. It mainly focuses on communication between the teacher and pupils and between the teacher and parents. The introductory chapters define the terms such as pedagogical communication, crisis and school crisis. Following chapters focus on forms of communication between the school and parents and on the creation of school crisis plans. The main chapters characterize the individual types of crisis situations and possible methods for their solution. It focuses on the used forms of communication, what to beware of during communication and what to avoid of. Individual types of crisis situations are supplemented by concrete examples from pedagogical practice. The final chapters describe the rules of communication with parents and the information duty of the school.
