Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou negativních jevů ve věznicích a možností prevence vůči nim. Cílem práce je určit příčiny vzniku negativních jevů a možné preventivní opatření předcházení jejich vzniku. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. V teoretické části, za pomoci odborné literatury určíme negativní jevy ve věznicích. Část praktická se opírá o výzkum v oblasti vězeňského prostředí, za pomoci interview s vězeňskými zaměstnanci.
This thesis deals with the issue of negative phenomena in prisons and preventive actions against them. The aim of Bachelor thesis is identification the causes of negative phenomena and possible preventive measure for prevention. This work consists of two parts, theoretical and empirical. We determine the negative phenomena in prisons with the help of professional literature in thetheoretical part. The practical part is based on research in the prison where the prisons staff was intervewed.
