Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu využití ICT nástrojů v interní komunikaci. Cílem je obeznámit se s problematikou interní komunikace v konkrétní organizaci a na základě analýzy odhalit slabá místa, pro která budou navrhnuta vhodná řešení. První část práce definuje základní pojmy týkající se tohoto tématu a je zaměřená na teoretická východiska interní komunikace a ICT nástrojů. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou interní komunikace v konkrétní společnosti pomocí metody pozorování a dotazníkového šetření. Analýza je následně vyhodnocena a jsou poskytnuta doporučení pro zlepšení interní komunikace.
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of using ICT tools in internal communication. The aim of this thesis is to be well acquainted with the issue of internal communication in a specific organization and to detect weak points and provide a suitable suggestions based on analysis. The first part of the thesis defines the basic concepts related to this topic and is focused on the theoretical basis of internal communication and ICT tools. The second partdeals with the analysis of internal communication in a specific company using the method of observation and questionnaire surfy. The analysis is then evaluated and recommendations for improving internal communication are provided.
