Abstract
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocování dat z výběrových šetření v podnicích za pomoci statistických metod a postupů. Hlavním cílem práce je prozkoumat spokojenost zaměstnanců podniků s jejich stávajícím pracovním místem. Teoretická část se zabývá základními informacemi o personální práci v podniku, jedná se zejména o odměňování, motivování, hodnocení a spokojenost zaměstnanců. Pozornost je věnována rovněž metodám pořizování dat, konstrukci dotazníku a typům otázek a proměnných. V praktické části je představen dotazník, použitý pro výzkum v rámci této diplomové práce, a metodologie výzkumu, zahrnující údaje o cílech výzkumu, druhu a nástrojích šetření a charakteristiku respondentů. Dále následuje konkrétní vyhodnocení zmíněného dotazníku pomocí vhodných statistických metod a postupů. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou doporučena konkrétní opatření pro management podniku, která lze využít ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců.
Submitted diploma thesis focuses on evaluating data from surveys in enterprises using statistical methods and procedures. The main goal of this thesis is to explore the satisfaction of employees with their current job position. The theoretical part deals with basic information about the personnel work in the company, particularly remuneration, motivation, evaluation and satisfaction of employees. Besides these, the focus is also on the methods of data acquisition, the creation of a questionnaire and the types of questions and variables. The practical part introduces the questionnaire that was used for research in the thesis and research methodology, which contains information about the goals of the research, tools and kinds of investigation and the characteristics of respondents. Further, a specific evaluation of the mentioned questionnaire using suitable statistical methods and procedures follows. Finally, specific proposals, which are based on the gained knowledge, are recommended for the management of a company and enhancing employee satisfaction.
