dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá praktickým nasazením systému managementu v malých a středních organizacích. V úvodní části je popsána základní problematika systémů managementu a jsou vyzdviženy výhody integrace. V jádru práce je popsán význam malých a středních organizací, jejich silné a slabé stránky a možnosti podpory malého a středního podnikání. Dále je zde popsán postup zavádění systému managementu kvality právě v malých a středních organizacích. Práce dále popisuje metodický základ k analýze rizik a hodnocení výkonnosti organizace. Na konci je uveden praktický příklad využívající výše uvedených poznatků.cs
dc.description.abstractThis tesis describes practical implementation management systém in small to medium enterprises. In the introductory section describes the basic issues of management and describes in detail the benefits of integration. In the heart of the work described the importance of small to medium enterprises, their strengths and weaknesses and opportunities for support small to medium enterprises. There are also describes the implementation of quality management in small to medium enterprises. The work also describes the methodological basis for analyzing risk and performance organizations. At the end of which is given using a practical example mentioned above.en
