dc.description.abstractBachelor's thesis dealt with the problem of employee turnover the Czech Post, state enterprise in the North region, and based on the assumption that the higher rate fluctuations can be caused by incorrectly adjusted wage system or the selection of employees. The aim was to explore the causes of employee turnover the Czech Post, state enterprise North Bohemian region. The objective was achieved. The work consisted of two key areas. This was the theoretical part, which by means of processing and presentation of professional resources described problems turnover, and incentive pay systems. Practical examined through analysis of questionnaires and the causes of fluctuations. The full sample was 32 respondents. Analysis and investigation by interview were found basic information, and causes exit of employees of the Czech Post, state enterprise. The results showed that respondents are dissatisfied in areas that are listed in the work, but also on the error system settings. Due to the identified causes of increasing number of employees who leave jobs in the Czech Post, state enterprise. The information obtained will be submitted to the management of the Czech Post, state enterprise to improve the current system in the field of human resources and reduce the rate of turnover. This work should be beneficial not only for the Czech Post, state enterprise, but also for its staff.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou fluktuace zaměstnanců České pošty, s.p. v Severočeském regionu a vycházela z předpokladů, že vyšší míra fluktuace může být způsobena chybně nastaveným mzdovým systémem nebo výběrem zaměstnanců. Jejím cílem bylo zkoumání příčin fluktuace zaměstnanců České pošty, s.p regionu. Stanoveného cílu práce bylo dosaženo. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů popisovala problematiku fluktuace, motivačních a mzdových systémů. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí analýz a dotazníků příčiny fluktuace. Úplný vzorek činil 32 respondentů. Analýzou a dotazníkovým šetřením byly zjištěny základní informace a příčiny odchodů zaměstnanců České pošty, s.p. Výsledky ukazovaly, že respondenti jsou nespokojeni v oblastech, které jsou v práci uvedeny, ale i na chybně nastavené systémy. Z důvodu zjištěných příčin vzrůstá počet zaměstnanců, kteří opouštějí pracovní místa u České pošty, s.p. Získané informace budou předloženy vedení České pošty, s.p. pro zlepšení současného systému v oblasti personalistiky a snížení míry fluktuace. Tato práce by měla být přínosem nejen pro Českou poštu, s.p. , ale i pro její zaměstnance.cs
