Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v Libereckém kraji.Teoretická část nás seznamuje s pojmem zdravotní postižením, rozebírá různé druhy postižení. Dále se zabývá základní legislativní úpravou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Další kapitola se věnuje osobám se zdravotním postižením, a to konkrétně přiznávání invalidních důchodů, udělování průkazů TP, ZTP, ZTP/P. Předposlední kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na trh práce, předně poradenským činnostem na trhu práce, podpoře osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce a podpoře zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením na chráněném pracovním místě, v této kapitole jsou uvedeny i příklady organizací, které se věnují poskytování chráněných pracovních míst. Poslední kapitolu této části tvoří informace o zaměstnanosti v Libereckém kraji. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit aktuální stav uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením a trhu práce v Libereckém kraji. Ke splnění cíle se autor chce dopracovat díky dotazníkovému šetření u osob se zdravotním postižením. Empirická část se zabývá výzkumem. V první řadě vyhodnocováním dotazníkového šetření, které bylo prováděno u osob se zdravotním postižením. Pomocí dat z tohoto šetření pak byly vyhodnocovány stanovené hypotézy a bylo odpovězeno na výzkumné otázky.
This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of persons with disabilities and their involvement on the labour market in Liberec region. The theoretical part introduces the term disability and explains different types of it. Further, it deals with basic legislation of the employment of impaired people. The next part follows up the persons with disabilities and getting invalidity pensions or getting invalidity cards according to the level of their disability. The penultimate chapter of my theoretical part concerns the labour market, consulting activities, support for disabled people on the labour market and support of employment of persons with disabilities in protected workplaces. The examples of organizations active in giving jobs in protected workplaces are listed in this chapter as well. The last chapter of this part provides the information about employment in Liberec region. The aim of my thesis is to find out the current situation how the persons with diabilities can obtain the job on the labour market in Liberec region. To reach the goal, the author wants to use questionnaires among disabled people. Empirical part deals with the research. At first by means of evaluation of questionnaires, which have been carried out among persons with disabilities. Using data from this research helped to assess established hypothesis and to answer the questions from the research.
