dc.description.abstractThesis deals with analyse of controlling. It strives for explanation of term controlling and understanding its function in a company. It examines its main object, its development, possibility for dividing and ways of organization of controlling in a company. Thesis describes workload and role of controller too. It is further mentioned and explained the signification of computers and information systems for controlling. After the theory of controlling follows an analyse of its practical application. The analyse is related to company AEG Components Inc. The company uses the information system Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision and therefore this analyse of practical application is made with regard to this information system. The analyse is focused on several areas - purchase, sale, production and finances. By the help of a questionnaire is also examined an opinion of managers about controlling in their company.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou controllingu.Usiluje o vysvětlení pojmu controlling a o pochopení jeho funkce v podniku. Zkoumá jeho hlavní cíle a úkoly, jeho vývoj, možnosti dělení controllingu a způsoby jeho organizace v podniku. Také popisuje pracovní náplň a roli controllera. V práci je dále zmíněn a vysvětlen význam počítačů a informačních systémů pro controlling. Po teoretickém objasnění controllingu následuje analýza jeho praktického uplatnění. Ta se vztahuje ke společnosti AEG Components a.s. Firma využívá informační systém Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision a z toho důvodu je analýza praktického uplatnění provedena s ohledem na tento informační systém. Analýza je zaměřena do několika oblastí - nákup, prodej, výroba a finance. Pomocí dotazníku je také zkoumán názor manažerů na controlling v jejich firmě.cs
