Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá používáním uvozovacích sloves v bakalářských pracích studentů katedry anglického jazyka na pedagogické fakultě Technické univerzity v Liberci. Cílem studie je analyzovat frekvenci výskytu těchto sloves, jejich funkční role v akademickém diskurzu a gramatické struktury, ve kterých se nejčastěji objevují. K výzkumu byla použita metoda korpusové lingvistiky na vzorku čtyřiceti bakalářských prací, rozdělených podle tématického zaměření. Práce si klade za cíl přispět k hlubšímu porozumnění akademickému vyjadřování studentů a podpořit výuku psaní odborných textů v anglickém jazyce.
This bachelor's thesis deals with the use of reporting verbs in bachelor's theses of students at the Department of English at the Technical University of Liberec. The aim of the study is to analyse the frequency of occurrences of these verbs, their functional role in academic discourse and the grammatical structures in which they most often appear. The research used corpus linguistics methods on a sample of forty bachelor's theses, divided according to thematic focus. The thesis aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of students' academic expressions and to support the teaching of writing professional texts in English.
