dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis deals in its theoretical part with the problems of old age and ageing. In the introduction it describes the social services that provide the rest homes, and there was carried out the background research of the legislative framework with an emphasis on standards of providing of the social services. In the practical part there is explained how the candidates for services of rest homes are interested in these social services. Here are the results of the survey between users of the services and which was focused on the respondents´ satisfaction with the provided services. In the next section there are quantified analysis results of the study between every user of the provided social service. The survey was focused on the question whether the choice of the user is in accordance with the characteristics of the applicant from the target group of candidates for service rest homes.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá problematikou stáří a stárnutí. V úvodu jsou popsány sociální služby, které poskytují domovy důchodců, a je proveden exkurz do legislativního rámce problematiky s důrazem na standardy poskytování těchto sociálních služeb. V praktické části je vysvětlen postup přijímání zájemců o služby domova důchodců. Jsou zde zachyceny výsledky provedeného průzkumu mezi uživateli služeb domova důchodců, který byl zaměřen na spokojenost respondentů s poskytovanou službou. V další části jsou kvantifikovány výsledky analýzy studia dokumentace jednotlivých uživatelů poskytované služby se zaměřením na vyhodnocení otázky, zdali výběr uživatele je v souladu s charakteristikou žadatele cílové skupiny zájemců o služby domovů důchodců.cs
