Kompozity vyztužené uhlíkovými rovingy určené pro odstínění elektromagnetického pole

Abstract
Tato bakalarska prace se zabyva kompozitnimi materialy urcenymi pro odstineni elektromagnetickeho pole.Teoreticka cast prace seznamuje ctenare s problematikou elektromagnetickych vln. Dale se teoreticka cast zabyva materialy vhodnymi pro stineni elektrickeho pole, popisuje vlakna se zvysenou elektrickou vodivosti, uhlikata vlakna, textilie se zvysenou vodivosti a kompozity s textilni vyztuzi.V ramci experimentalni casti prace bylo vytvoreno sedm vyztuzi ve forme tkaniny platnove vazby s ruznou dostavou osnovy a utku za pouziti uhlikoveho rovingu s ruznou jemnosti. Tyto vyztuze byly charakterizovany dle schopnosti odstinit elektromagneticke pole. Z pripravenych vyztuzi byly vytvoreny kompozitni struktury s vyuzitim laminacni pryskyrice L285 a tuzidla 500MGS. U techto vytvorenych kompozitnich materialu byla merena schopnost odstinit elektromagneticke pole.V zaveru prace byl vyhodnocen vliv parametru vyztuze a vliv matrice na funkcnost kompozitu. Prozkoumany byly take vybrane mechanicke vlastnosti vytvorenych kompozitu.
This bachelor thesis deals with composite materials designed to shield the electromagnetic field.The theoretical part of the work acquaints the reader with the issue of electromagnetic waves. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with materials suitable for electric field shielding. It describes fibers with increased electrical conductivity, carbon fibers, textiles with increased conductivity and composites with textile reinforcement.Within the experimental part, seven reinforcements were created in the form of a plain weave fabric with different sett of warp and weft using carbon roving with different fineness. These reinforcements were characterized by their ability to shield the electromagnetic field. Composite structures were created from the prepared reinforcements using L285 laminating resin and 500MGS hardener. The ability to shield the electromagnetic field by these composite materials was measured.At the end of the work, the influence of reinforcement parameters and the influence of the matrix on the functionality of the composite was evaluated. Selected mechanical properties of the composites were also investigated.
