Abstract
Diplomová práce má za cíl zpracovat multimediální metodickou příručku, která má pomoci učitelům 1. stupně ZŠ s využíváním jógových cvičení v hodinách tělesné výchovy. Z anketního šetření mezi učiteli na 1. stupni ZŠ ve Šluknovském výběžku vyplynulo, že učitelé jen velmi málo využívají jógu ve svých hodinách tělesné výchovy. Celých 97 % oslovených učitelů o metodickou příručku projevilo zájem. Na základě těchto poznatků byl vytvořen multimediální metodický materiál pro učitele 1. stupně ZŠ. Tento materiál obsahuje 18 cvičebních bloků, které jsou rozděleny podle věkových období a podle využití v hodinách TV na cvičební bloky vhodné pro část úvodní, hlavní a závěrečnou. Tyto bloky jsou podrobně popsány a doplněny videozáznamem spolu se základními jógovými pozicemi, které navíc obsahují fotografie.
Objective of my thesis is to create the multimedia methodical handbook, which is supposed to help to teachers from elementary schools with applying yoga exercise during physical education classes. Based on survey which elementary school teachers did turned out that teachers apply yoga exercise in their physical education classes very rarely. Almost 97 % of respondents were interested in methodical handbook.The multimedia methodical handbook for teachers from elementary school was created based on results of mentioned survey. This handbook contains of 18 exercise sets which are divided according to age and according to type of usage during physical education classes to exercise sets suitable for introductory, main and final part. These sets are described detailed and supported with video record together with basic yoga positions, which contains photos moreover.
