dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení ekonomických, prostorových a sociokulturních dopadů budování nákupních center. Práce se také zaměřuje na popis a hodnocení úspěšnosti nákupních center. Cílem je zhodnocení a aplikování vymezených kritérii na konkrétních příkladech tří libereckých nákupních center.V teoretické části je rozebrán vývoj nákupních center, jednotlivé druhy nákupních center a jsou zde vymezeny atributy, které by mělo splňovat úspěšné nákupní centrum. Dále jsou v teoretické části popsány obecné dopady budování velkých nákupních center. V praktické části jsou pak tyto poznatky aplikovány na vybraná nákupní centra a je zhodnocena jejich úspěšnost a zároveň dopad jejich výstavby na město Liberec. V závěru práce jsou nastíněny možnosti zmírněný negativních dopadů výstavby těchto center.cs
dc.description.abstractTopic of this bachelors thesis is the economical, spatial and socio-cultural implications of building large shopping centers. The thesis concentrates at describe and evaluation of shopping centres. Main objective is to applicate the teoretical knowlegde to specific examples of three shopping centres in Liberec and find the impacts of bulding this centers. The thesis attempts to evaluace how succesfull these shopping centres are.In teoretical part is described development of shopping centers, types of shopping centers and qualities, whitch the succesfull shopping center should have. Next part concetrates on general impacts of building large shopping centers. Practical part is focused on the three shopping centers in Liberec. These three centers are evalueted and there is described the real impact on the city. At the end are mentioned possibilies of alleviation the negative impacts.en
