Abstract
Práva a povinnosti pacientů jsou definované v zákoně č. 372/2011 Sb. a je tu možnost právní vymahatelnosti. Proto je velmi důležité, aby každý zdravotnický pracovník tento zákon velmi dobře znal. Bakalářská práce se zabývá právy a povinnostmi pacientů v kontextu s ošetřovatelskou péčí a je dělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část popisuje vybraná práva a povinnosti pacientů v kontextu s ošetřovatelskou péčí a výzkumná část zkoumá informovanost pacientů o jejich právech a povinnostech pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit informovanost pacientů o jejich právech, povinnostech a zjistit dodržování práv pacientů zdravotnickými pracovníky. Výstupem práce je článek připravený k publikaci v odborném časopisu.
The rights and obligations of patients are defined in law number 372/2011 Sb. and there is possibillity of legal enforcement. That is why i tis very important that every nursing professional knew this law very well. The bachelor thesis deals with the rights and obligations of patients in the context of nursing care and is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the selected rights and obligations of patients in the context of nursing care and the research part examines the awareness of patients about their rights and obligations through questionnaire. The aim of this work was to determine the awareness of patients about their rights, obligations and determine the observance of patients' rights by nursing professionals. The output of the work is an article ready for publication in a professional journal.
