Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sociálního klimatu školní třídy. Jejím cílem je teoreticky i prakticky analyzovat sociální klima školní třídy na druhém stupni základní školy ve vztahu ke školní úspěšnosti a chování žáků. Práci tvoří dvě hlavní části. Jedná se o část teoretickou, jejímž účelem je na základě analýzy odborných zdrojů zodpovědět základní terminologické pojmy. Do širšího kontextu je zařazen pojem klima a ujasnění rozsahu jednotlivých termínů. Následně jsou představeni hlavní tvůrci klimatu školní třídy jako učitel, žák, třída, škola. Změna klimatu je poslední částí celku, který je věnován teorii. Hlavní myšlenkou praktické části bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda sociální klima školní třídy je v jednotlivých posuzovaných aspektech v porovnání s průzkumem před pěti lety hodnoceno pozitivněji a zda soutěživost chlapců je vyšší než soutěživost dívek. Zjištěné výsledky ukazují, jaký vliv má sociální klima školní třídy na úspěšnost a chování a žáků na druhém stupni základní školy. Za očekávaný praktický přínos bakalářské práce lze považovat reálný vhled do znalosti klimatu školní třídy, na základě kterého by bylo umožněno pracovat se žáky mnohem efektivněji.
Summary: This bachelor thesis is concerned with social climate problem of school class. Its aim is to analyse social climate of a school class of the second level of the basic school in relation to school success and pupil´s behaviour in theory and in the practical way. The dissertation is formed by two principal parts. It concerns the theoretical part of which purpose is to answer basic terminological concepts on the basic analysis of profesional source. Terms climate and clarification of extension particular terms are included in wider context. Afterwards main school climate makers as a teacher, a pupil, a class and school are presented. The last part of the whole is the change of climate devoted to theory. The main idea of the practical part of this bachelor work is to find if the social climate of school class is in particular reviewed aspects evaluated more positively in comparison with the research realised five years ago and if competitiveness of boys is higher than competitiveness of girls. Established results show how social climate influences on success and behaviour of pupils at the second level of the basic school. The real insight into class climate knowledge is possible to consider as expected practical contribution of this bachelor work and the teachers would be able to work with pupils more effectively on the basis of this work.
