Abstract
Bakalářská práce Bitcoin jako moderní platební instrument v mezinárodním obchodě se zaměřuje na analýzu použití technologie Bitcoin v kontextu mezinárodního obchodování a jeho potenciálního uplatnění jako alternativy v přeshraničním placení. V první části práce je definován mezinárodní obchod a následně přiblíženo jeho opodstatnění v historii a v moderním světě a s tím související rizika spojena s platbou a s volbou tzv. platební podmínky v mezinárodní kupní smlouvě. Druhá část se věnuje zkoumání tradičních platebních metod a jejich rolí v mezinárodním obchodě. Třetí část se zaměřuje na detailnější analýzu Bitcoinu jako alternativního platebního způsobu. V poslední části práce je provedena komparativní analýza na vybraných platebních instrumentech, která umožňuje posoudit konkurenceschopnost Bitcoinu jako platebního nástroje v mezinárodním obchodě.
The bachelor thesis Bitcoin as a modern payment instrument in international trade focuses on the analysis of the use of Bitcoin technology in the context of international trade and its potential application as an alternative in cross-border payments. The first part of the thesis defines international trade and then outlines its rationale in history and in the modern world and the risks associated with payment and with the choice of the so-called payment terms in an international sales contract. The second part examines traditional payment methods and their roles in international trade. The third part focuses on a more detailed analysis of Bitcoin as an alternative payment method. In the last part of the thesis, a comparative analysis is performed on selected payment instruments to assess the competitiveness of Bitcoin as a payment instrument in international trade.
