Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na osobnostní růst účastníků dramatického kroužku.Členové kroužku byly ve věku od 10 - 18 let. Pro tvorbu bakalářské práce jsem si vybral soukromé herecké studio v centru Liberce. Teoretická část se zabývá především osobnostním růstem, osobností, vývojovými specifiky dané věkové skupiny a dramatickou výchovou. V praktické části jde o pozorování a vyhodnocení působení vybraných dramatických aktivit zaměřených na osobnosti růst. Součástí práce je i strukturovaný rozhovor s účastníky a lektorkou samotnou, kde se vyjadřují ke svým postojům a k jejich působení v hereckém studiu. Závěrem je vyhodnocení vlastního pozorování jedinců a práce kolektivu, získané za půlroční dobu navštěvování kroužku.
This bachelor thesis is focused on the personal growth of the participants of the drama club. The members of the club ranged in age from 10 to 18 years. For the creation of my bachelor thesis, I chose a private acting studio in the center of Liberec. The theoretical part deals mainly with personal growth, personality, developmental specifics of the given age group and drama education. In the practical part, it is about observing and evaluating the effects of selected dramatic activities focused on the growth of personalities. Part of the work is also a structured interview with the participants and the lecturer herself, where they comment on their attitudes and their work in the acting studio. The conclusion is the evaluation of the individuals' own observation and the work of the collective, obtained during the six-month period of attending the club.
