Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickým zhodnocením zavedení robotizace a automatizace ve společnosti Renokar - CNC, s. r. o. v průběhu deseti let. Cílem práce je kriticky zhodnotit ekonomickou situaci v daném podniku v posledních deseti letech v oblasti problematiky zaměstnanosti, robotizace a automatizace. Výstupem z této práce bude doporučení pro společnost, jak by měla postupovat v budoucnu. Jako první je práce zaměřena na teoretická východiska trhu práce, dále je v práci popsán trh práce v Libereckém kraji a České republice. Následně se práce zabývá historií průmyslových revolucí, a to především čtvrtou průmyslovou revolucí neboli konceptem průmysl 4.0. V další části práce je popsána společnost Renokar - CNC, s. r. o., dále je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení projektu před a po robotizaci. Na základě tohoto zhodnocení je vypracováno doporučení pro společnost Renokar - CNC, s. r. o. do budoucna.
This Bachelors paper describes the economic evaluation of introduction of robotics and automation at the Renokar - CNC, p. l. c. company over the period of the past 10 years. The aim of the paper is to critically evaluate the economic situation in the given company during the past ten years in the area of employment, robotization and automation. The outcome of this paper will be the recommendations to the company about its future aims. First, the paper focuses on the theoretical outcomes on the labour market, next there is a description of the labour market in the Liberec region and the whole Czech Republic. To follow, the paper focuses on the history of industrial revolutions, mainly the fourth industrial revolution so called, concept Industry 4.0. The next part of the paper is describing the Renokar - CNC, p. l. c. company, followed by the economic evaluation of the project before and after the robotization. On the basis of this evaluation recommendations are made for the Renokar - CNC, p. l. c. company for the future.
