Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení investičního projektu ve vybrané společnosti. Jedna část teoretická práce je zaměřena na popis struktury majetku a zdrojů podniku a na charakterizování základních pravidel upravujících vztah mezi majetkem a zdroji. Druhá část je věnována investiční činnosti - charakteristice investic, investičnímu procesu, zdrojům financování investic a metodám sloužícím pro vyhodnocení investic. V praktické části je stručně představena společnost KNORR-BREMSE, Systémy pro užitková vozidla, ČR, s. r. o. a vybraný investiční projekt. Dále jsou provedeny výpočty pro zhodnocení efektivnosti této investice a je posouzeno, jak vybraná investice meziročně ovlivnila strukturu majetku a zdrojů podniku společnosti KNORR-BREMSE, Systémy pro užitková vozidla, ČR, s. r. o. Celkové zhodnocení investičního projektu a formulování doporučení je definováno v závěrečné kapitole.
The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of an investment project in a selected company. One part of the theoretical part is focused on the description of the structure of assets and resources of the company and characterizes the basic rules for the relationship between assets and resources. The second part is devoted to investment activity - investment characteristics, investment process, sources of investment financing and methods of investment. The practical part briefly introduces the company KNORR-BREMSE, Systémy pro užitková vozidla, ČR, s. r. o. and selected investment project. Furthermore, calculations for evaluating the effectiveness of this investment are proven and it is assessed how the selected investments affect the structure of assets and resources of KNORR-BREMSE, Systémy pro užitková vozidla, ČR, s. r. o. The overall evaluation of the investment project and the formulation of recommendations is defined in the final chapter.
