Abstract
Bakalářská práce Umění jako alternativní způsob investic je zaměřena na popis, problematiku a metriku investičního trhu hmotného a digitálního umění. Cílem práce je zhodnocení investičních nástrojů hmotného i digitálního umění a predikce budoucího vývoje pro potenciální investory prostřednictvím komparace. Teoretická část popisuje význam alternativních investic, prostředí vybraného investičního trhu, měření hodnoty a oceňování uměleckých děl, včetně principu funkčnosti indexů trhů s uměním. Následující část vymezuje vývoj světového trhu s digitálním uměním, protokoly v rámci prodeje či kritéria hodnocení vybraného investičního instrumentu. Poslední část se zabývá investiční analýzou tuzemského a světového trhu tradičního, současného a digitálního umění, metrikou hodnot a komparací vývoje trhů. Vybrané instituce modelují umělecké dílčí trhy pro domácí i světový trh s konečným vyhodnocením dané situace a možným řešením pro potenciální investory.
The bachelor thesis Art as an Alternative Way of Investing is focused on the description, issues and metrics of the investment market of tangible and digital art. The aim of this work is to evaluate the investment tools of tangible and digital art and predict future developments for potential investors through comparison. The theoretical part describes the importance of alternative investments, the environment of the selected investment market, measurement a value and valuation of works of art, including the principle of functionality of art market indices. The following part defines the development of the global digital art market, sales protocols or evaluation criterion of the selected investment instrument. The last part deals with the investment analysis of the domestic and world market of traditional, contemporary and digital art, the metrics of values and the comparison of market developments. The selected institutions model artistic submarkets for the domestic and world market with a final evaluation of given situation and a possible solution for potential investors.
