Abstract
Bakalářská práce s názvem Sociální služby pro osoby se sluchovým postižením je
zaměřena na tento typ sociálních služeb v Libereckém kraji, práce je rozdělena na teoretickou
a empirickou část. Teoretická část na základě odborných zdrojů poskytuje základní informace
související se sluchovým postižením, zahrnující klasifikaci sluchových vad, kompenzační
pomůcky, způsoby komunikace a vzniklé sociální bariéry. Důraz je kladen také na obecný
popis sociálních služeb včetně souvisejících pojmů, uvedení konkrétních poskytovatelů
sociálních služeb v Libereckém kraji a popis činností, které vykonávají. Empirická část práce
obsahuje průzkum tvořený kvalitativní metodou, který za uskutečnění polostrukturovaných
rozhovorů mapuje používání uvedených sociálních služeb osobami se sluchovým postižením,
jejich vnímání dostupnosti a vlastní spokojenosti, které zároveň i vyhodnocuje.
The bachelor thesis entitled Social Services for Persons with Hearing Impairment focuses on this type of social services in the Liberec Region and is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part based on professional sources provides basic information related to hearing impairment, including classification of hearing impairment, compensatory aids, communication methods and social barriers. Emphasis is also placed on a general description of social services including related concepts, listing of specific social service providers in the Liberec Region and description of the activities they perform. The empirical part of the thesis includes a survey consisting of a qualitative method, which maps the use of the mentioned social services by people with hearing impairment, their perception of accessibility and their own satisfaction, which is also evaluated by semi-structured interviews.
