| dc.description.abstract | The Bachelor Work was aimed to the burnout syndrome issue connected with the staff of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic who is placed among warders in a prison. In the theoretical part, there are the explanations of the used expressions and history of the burnout syndrome and it was also aimed to the main factors which lead to the burnout syndrome. Then it introduced some types of some burdening situations which could have important influences on the rise and the progress of the burnout syndrome and afterwards it described continuing of the burnout syndrome. In the second theoretical part, the author introduced to readers the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and its characteristics. The close of the theoretical part is aimed to the working responsibilities´ description of wardens and also to the characteristics of the working surroundings with the particular burdening situations there. The aim of the practical part of this Bachelor Work was finding out the threatening measure of the burnout syndrome among the Prison Service Staff working as wardens. The survey is based on the BM (Burnout Measure) questionnaire. The main suppose was that the most threatened ones are wardens with at least 3-year-long experience. The sample of respondents was made of 45 wardens from the Vinařice Prison. In the conclusion, according to the found information, there is a piece of knowledge that even the staff of the Prison Service can be included in the professions threatened by the burnout syndrome. It also pointed out the interests´ absence of the professionals about this problem connected with the Prison Service of the CR. The supervision was mentioned as the possible resolution which should come true outside the prison by an external specialist. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků Vězeňské služby ČR, zařazených na pozici dozorce ve věznici. V teoretické části se, po vysvětlení základních pojmů a historie syndromu vyhoření, práce podrobněji věnovala hlavním faktorům, které vedou k syndromu burnout. Dále přiblížila typy zátěžových situací, které mohou mít podstatný vliv na vznik a vývoj syndromu vyhoření a poté popsala průběh syndromu vyhoření. V druhé polovině teoretické části seznámil autor čtenáře s Vězeňskou službou ČR a její charakteristikou. Závěr teoretické části je věnován popisu pracovní náplně dozorce a charakteristice pracovního prostředí s konkrétními zátěžovými situacemi na pracovišti. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce bylo pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku BM (Burnout Measure), zjistit míru ohrožení syndromem vyhoření u příslušníků Vězeňské služby ČR zařazených na pozici dozorce, přičemž hlavním předpokladem bylo, že nejvíce ohroženi syndromem vyhoření jsou dozorci s délkou praxe 3 roky a více. Vzorek respondentů byl vytvořen ze 45 příslušníků sloužících ve věznici Vinařice na pozici dozorce. V závěru bakalářské práce autor na základě zjištěných skutečností konstatoval, že i pracovníci Vězeňské služby ČR se mohou adekvátně zařadit mezi profese ohrožené syndromem vyhoření a poukázal na absenci zájmu odborníků o tuto problematiku v souvislosti s Vězeňskou službou ČR. Jako návrh opatření byla zmíněna supervize, která by byla uskutečňována mimo objekt věznice externím specialistou. | cs |
