dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce Podnikatelský plán na zřízení STK se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu na zřízení stanice technické kontroly, jejíž součástí bude i měření emisí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů Podnikatelský plán a Inovace. V následující části se autor diplomové práce věnuje samotnému podnikatelskému plánu, který je šitý na míru existující firmě Auto Anex. Nejdříve byl proveden průzkum trhu a vnitřního prostředí společnosti, popis podnikatelské příležitosti a stanovení předpokladů k úspěchu a rizik projektu. Cílem práce bylo sestavit realistický podnikatelský plán, který bude sloužit jako výchozí dokument pro rozhodnutí majitele společnosti o přistoupení k realizaci projektu či zamítnutí investice. V závěrečné fázi byl sestaven finanční plán a zhodnocení investice pro podporu onoho rozhodnutí.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis business plan for the establishment of technical inspection station focuses on creating of a business plan for the technical car control station including the emissions measurements. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the concepts of business plan and innovation. In the following part the author focuses just on the business planitself, which is tailored to the existing company called Auto Anex. Initially, the company's market and internal environment survey is conducted, as well as the descriptions of the business opportunity and the assumptions about the successor risks of the project. The aim of the thesis was to draw up a realistic business plan, which will serve as the starting document for the decision-making of the company owner, who will decide to approve orreject the investment. In the final part of the thesis, a financial plan and an assesment of the investment was made in order to support the drawn up decision.	en
