Abstract
The thesis was focused on fibre systems preparation that are being used as a base material for cells growth and study of their structure via chosen stereological methods. Fibre systems were prepared by electrospinning with modified entry conditions and were pictured by an electron microscopy afterwards. Measuring results were compared with the structure of intercellular tissue mass that was obtained by decellularization. Decellularization was done by chemical method, a throat cartilage and a sheep artery were chosen for it.
