Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá aspekty přeshraniční spolupráce v Libereckém kraji. Pozornost je zaměřena na konkrétní vybrané příklady projektů, které přinášejí přehled aktivit Euroregionu Nisa a možnosti, které z těchto aktivit plynou. Interakce, která vzniká mezi lidskou činností a jeho okolím, je z geografického pohledu zde nezanedbatelná. Práce na začátku přináší všeobecný pohled na zkoumanou problematiku a objasnění souvisejících pojmů. Dále se soustředí na zhodnocení operačních programů, které jsou určeny pro podporu česko-polské a česko-saské přeshraniční spolupráce v programovém období v letech 2007-2013. Pozornost je věnována zejména velkým projektům, okrajově se ale také dotýká fondu malých projektů. Pro lepší názornost a porozumění jsou zde podrobněji popsány vybrané příklady z praxe, které jsou zajímavé nejen z pohledu běžného občana. Podstatnou součástí práce je průzkum vybraných projektů a konzultace s odborníky.
This bachelor thesis deals with aspects of cross-border cooperation in the Liberec Region. The focus of attention of this thesis is on particular selected examples of projects, giving an overview of the Neisse Euroregion activities and the opportunities resulting from them. The interaction arising out of human activities and their surroundings is not insignificant from geographical point of view. At the beginning, the thesis provides a general view of the issue under review and clarification of its related terms. Further, the thesis is focused on assessment of operational programs designed for the support of both Czech-Polish and Czech-Saxony cross-border cooperation in the period between 2007 and 2013. Attention is focused on big projects in particular, and marginally it is focused on the fund of small projects. For better illustration and understanding, selected examples from practice which are not only interesting from the ordinary citizen point of view are described in more detail. Significant part of this thesis is made up of survey of selected projects and of consultation with experts.
