Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením personální činnosti ve vybrané neziskové organizaci Centrum Kašpar se sídlem v Liberci. Cílem práce je charakterizovat neziskovou organizaci, popsat personální činnosti v ní uplatňované a podat návrhy a doporučení na rozšíření či zlepšení činnosti v personální oblasti. Bakalářská práce začíná částí teoretickou, s názvem literární rešerše, obsahující odborné pojetí a poznatky z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů a personálních činností. Dokument pokračuje částí praktickou, popisující základní informace, historii, organizační strukturu, aktivitu a personální činnosti aplikované ve vybrané neziskové organizaci. Praktická část je zakončena analýzou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru vedeného s předsedkyní představenstva vybrané organizace, který nahrazuje dotazníkové šetření a následné vyhodnocení vybraných otázek vede ke splnění daného cíle.
The bachelor thesis deals with the management of personnel activities in the selected nonprofit organization Centrum Kašpar, based in Liberec. The aim of this work is to characterize nonprofit organization, describe personnel activities applied in it and make suggestions and recommendations for enlargement or improvement in personnel activities. The bachelor thesis starts with the theoretical part, with the title literary research, containing the professional concept and knowledge from the area of human resource management and personnel activities. The document continues with a practical part, describing basic information, history, organizational structure, activity and personnel activities applied in a selected nonprofit organization. The practical part is concluded with an analysis of a semi-structured interview with the chairman of the board of the selected organization, which replaces the questionnaire and subsequent evaluation of selected questions leads to the fulfillment of the given objective.
