dc.description.abstract	This is a general analysis of the weekly snowboarding camp called Nitrosnowboard camp. The aim is to research and design innovations for the camp. Thefirst part is theoretical and explains everything about freestyle and freeridesnowboarding. Required information is derived from my own experience as a privyto snowboard camp, also in this year week active participation of the public inquiryinvestigations and interviews with experienced organizers of snowboard camps. Thesecond part describes the course of the camp and its evaluation. Using S.W.O.T.analysis evaluated the project environment and evaluated the strengths andweaknesses. At the end of the thesis there is a review and subsequent analysis of theinnovation.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je obecnou analýzou týdenního snowboardovéhokempu s názvem Nitro snowboard kemp. Cílem je provést výzkum kempu anavrhnout jeho inovaci . První část je teoretická a vysvětluje vše o freestyle a freeridesnowboardingu. Potřebné informace jsou získány z vlastních zkušeností autora jakoúčastníka snowboardového kempu, také z letošní týdenní aktivní účasti, z anketníhošetření a z rozhovorů se zkušenými organizátory snowboardových kempů. V druhéčásti je charakterizován průběh kempu a jeho zhodnocení. Použitím S.W.O.T analýzyvyhodnocováno prostředí projektu a vyhodnoceny silné a slabé stránky. V závěrunásleduje zhodnocení analýzy kempu a jeho následná inovace.	cs
