dc.description.abstractPrevention is the most significant implement of the primary health care. We, health workers, are engaged at the primary health care not only every day. The World Health Organisation battles by the means of the Health Programme 21 for improvement of the health condition of the population. But we nevertheless know that the health condition, especially those choosen risk group, is not such as we want. I am sorry to say the contemporary structure of the health matters in Czech Republic is not on such optimal level to be able to influence positively this state. It is not consequentely created on ideal setting for the realisation for all prevention instruments and on this not a sufficient motivation for the patiens who should primary care for their health. In my final work I want to ressume already passed studies of the population health condition and of its affection by the preventive care of general practitioners. I will especially get out of the study ¨Prevention and Health¨from the year 2005, which was complied by the team of specialists from Distrikt Hygienic Station in Liberec. I intend to address general practitioners by the help of a questionnaire orientated on the practical aplication of preventive care, cooperatin with pacients and its results. I will try to evaluate this way of the contemporary state of primary care and to summarize the most relevant problems, which are occuring in the primary prevention spere. I hope, thanks to my contribution as well, it will succeed to find a way, how to change the contemporary unsuitable state of the primary care to the better one.en
dc.description.abstractPrevence je nejvýznamnějším nástrojem primární zdravotní péče. Jako zdravotníci se podílíme na primární péči každý den. A přestože světová zdravotnická organizace bojuje prostřednictvím programu zdraví 21 za zlepšení zdravotního stavu obyvatelstva, zdravotní stav lidstva, zejména vybraných rizikových skupin není takový, jaký chceme. Bohužel současná struktura zdravotnictví v České republice není na takové úrovni, aby mohla tento stav ihned změnit. Není vytvořeno ideální prostředí pro realizaci všech nástrojů prevence a tím ani dostatečná motivace pro pacienty, kteří by měli prvotně pečovat o své zdraví. Ve své závěrečné práci chci navázat na již proběhlé studie o zdravotním stavu obyvatelstva a jeho ovlivnění preventivní péčí praktických lékařů. Budu vycházet zejména ze studie Prevence a zdraví z roku 2005, kterou zpracoval kolektiv odborníků Krajské hygienické stanice v Liberci. Hodlám oslovit praktické lékaře pomocí dotazníkového šetření orientovaného na otázky praktického využití prevence, spolupráce s pacienty a její výsledky. Pokusím se tak zhodnotit současný stav preventivní péče a shrnout nejzávažnější problémy vyskytující se v oblasti primární prevence. Doufám, že i díky mému přispění se podaří nalézt způsob jak změnit současný nevyhovující stav primární zdravotní péče k lepšímu.cs
