dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se ve svém obsahu zabývala problematikou kriminality nezletilých a mladistvých, přičemž vnímá tuto oblast jako velmi citlivé společenské téma, kterému je třeba věnovat odpovídající pozornost. Práce je tvořena ze dvou základních částí. V části teoretické práce popisuje pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů základní činitele a vlivy působící na mládež z pohledu rizik pro budoucí delikventní chování, mezi něž můžeme zařadit především poruchy chování, vnitřní vlastnosti jedince, vliv vrstevnických skupin, vliv rodiny a školy a v neposlední řadě vliv médií. V praktické části se práce zabývala vyhodnocením kriminality mládeže v České republice po roce 1990 a vývojem kriminality mládeže v Libereckém kraji v letech 2003 až 2007. Vývoj hodnotí pomocí sekundární analýzy dat - vyhodnocením a analýzou statistik Ministerstva vnitra České republiky a Policie České republiky. S využitím statistik Magistrátu města Liberec práce krátce zhodnotila vývoj na Oddělení kurátorských činností. Jako součást praktické části byla zpracována kazuistika s mladistvou recidivující pachatelkou trestné činnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractThe Bachelor´s elaboration has treated in its contents the problems of deliquency committed by minor children and the youth perceiving this sphere as a very sensible social theme, which ought to be attended with relevance. This elaboration has been made out from two basic parts. The theoretical part describes specialistic sources by an elaboration and presentation, the basic factors and the influences affecting the youth from the point of view of risks for a future deliquent behaviour, to which belong above all failures of the behaviour, the inner qualities of the individual, the influence of contemporary groups, the influence of the family and school and at last the influence of the mass media. The practical part of this elaboration has treated the assessment of juvenil deliquency in the Czech Republic after the year 1990 and the development of juvenil deliquency in the region of Liberec during the years 2003 - 2007. The development has been assessed by means of a secondary analysis of dates, the assessment and analysis of statistic obtained from the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic abd the Police of the Czech Republic. Using the statistics of the municipal authorities of the city of Liberec, this elaboration has assessed the development in the department of the curator´s activity. There has been elaborated the casuistry of juvenil recidivous perpetraning penal activities.en
