Abstract
Předmětem práce je vyvinout, na základě somatometrického průzkumu, vlastní metodiku konstruování dětské kapuce a tu dále zautomatizovat pomocí CAD systému. Vybranou cílovou skupinou jsou chlapci staršího školního věku. Vlastnímu somatometrickému průzkumu předchází posouzení výsledků "Analýzy různých konstrukčních řešení kapuc", dotazování uživatelů kapuc s následným posouzením jejich zkušeností a antropometrické posouzení lebky. V práci je uveden přehled a zhodnocení používaných metod zjišťování tělesných rozměrů, včetně v oděvním průmyslu dosud nevyužitých způsobů snímání. Pro konstrukci vlastní metodiky jsou využity dva typy rozměrů: normalizované a rozměry nestandardní, jejichž návrh, včetně popisu, je v práci uveden. Vlastní metodika konstruování je zautomatizována pomocí CAD systému Invesmark Futura, programu PGS dvěma způsoby: využitím makra vytvořeného učením a makra vytvořeného změnou původního v programovacím editoru. Oba způsoby automatizace jsou v závěrečné části porovnány.
The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a new procedure of children's hood construction. This construction will be based on new measurements and will be automatized by CAD software. Boys from the age of ten to fourteen are taken to be an object of the new measurement. Before the measurement, analyses of various constructions´ types of hoods are made, a questionnaire is put into the target group of boys and analysis of anthropometric measurements is taken into future construction. The whole construction is made in CAD software Invesmark Futura, plug-in PGS in two ways. These two types are compared at the end of this work and its (dis)advantages are discussed.
